Terms of Service

1. Who we are

EventX (StoryCard) is a service of short immersive stories about real events on storycard.ru, as a PWA, and as a Telegram Mini App. These Terms govern Release 1 access.

By using the product you confirm you are at least 16 years old and accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and related AI, Refund, and Correction policies.

2. Account and access

Guest mode allows the free Starter Pack and open previews of paid stories. Full archive and collections unlock only after a confirmed Telegram Stars payment and an entitlement ledger write — a Telegram UI “paid” state alone is not enough.

Legal and safety statuses (including takedown / under_review / blocked) override payment. We may hide or withdraw a story without a refund when legal or ethical obligations require it; individual cases follow the Refund Policy.

3. Content and liability

Stories are artistic reconstructions based on sources. They are not legal, medical, or educational advice and do not replace an encyclopedia or court records.

The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, factual completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to Stars actually paid in the last 30 days.

4. Payments

Release 1 uses Telegram Stars only. Collection and subscription purchases run through Telegram; the site and PWA lead into that flow.

Refunds are described in the Refund Policy. We do not promise an instant self-serve refund outside Telegram’s processes and our support workflow.

5. Prohibited use

Do not bypass paywall, entitlement, anti-spoiler, or legal gates; extract hidden event names in blind mode for spoiler publication; attack infrastructure; or use the product to distribute prohibited content.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page is the version. Material updates are posted here. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the new version where the law allows.
