Correction Policy

1. Purpose

EventX tells real events through immersive reconstruction. We separate facts from artistry. If you find a factual error, tell us.

2. How to report

Email support@storycard.ru with subject “Correction”. Include: story or historical page title/URL; locale (ru/en); what is wrong; preferably a link to a verifiable source.

Do not post spoilers into public blind-mode channels. Package id or a factual-page canonical URL is enough for reviewers.

3. What we do

A curator checks Source Pack / claims / legal_status. Outcomes may include: locale or fact-frame edits; quality/legal status changes; temporary under_review or takedown for serious risk; or a reasoned decline if the statement remains valid reconstruction/hypothesis.

Publishing a new story version goes through StoryPackage versioning and publication gates — not a silent client-only edit.

4. What this policy does not promise

We do not guarantee immediate changes; we do not run a public “all complaints” dashboard; we do not remove artistic reconstruction merely because it is artistic if the fact frame is correct and disclosed.
